We dispatch orders within 1-2 business days after payment confirmation. You’ll receive a tracking notification once your adventure kit hits the trail.

Shipping Methods

We offer two routes to get your gear to basecamp:

  • Standard Expedition Route (£12.95): Via DHL or FedEx, reaching most global destinations in 10-15 business days after dispatch.
  • Explorer’s Free Passage: For orders over £50, we ship via EMS with delivery in 15-25 business days after dispatch.

Global Coverage Note: We ship worldwide except to certain Asian and remote regions where delivery networks are limited. Contact us at [email protected] if you’re unsure about your location.

We accept all major expedition currencies through: Visa, MasterCard, JCB, and PayPal.

Returns & Exchanges

If your gear doesn’t meet your adventure standards, our hassle-free return process will have you re-equipped faster than you can pitch a tent.

The Return Journey: Step-by-Step

  1. Request Your Return Authorization
    Email our trail guides at [email protected] with:
    • Subject: Return Authorization Request – Order #[Your Order Number]
    • Item name and reason for return
    • Your preferred resolution (refund or exchange)
    • Your contact information
    We’ll respond within 24 UK business hours with approval and instructions.
  2. Package Your Items Securely
    Repack items in their original packaging with all tags attached. Include a copy of your order confirmation.
  3. Ship Your Return

    Adventurer’s Tip: Use a trackable service – we can’t be responsible for returns lost in the wilderness.

  4. Receive Your Refund or Exchange
    Once we inspect your return:
    • Refunds: Processed within 5 business days to your original payment method. Allow 7-10 days for the credit to appear.
    • Exchanges: Your replacement ships within 2 business days of return approval.

Important Expedition Notes

Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene and safety reasons, we cannot accept returns on:

  • Opened or used travel accessories (water bottles, toiletry kits, sleeping bag liners)

All other products in our Bags & Backpacks, Camping, Caravanning, and Luggage categories are returnable if unused with tags attached.

Return Window: 15 days from receiving your order.

Return Shipping Costs: Adventurers are responsible for return shipping unless the item arrived damaged. For size/color exchanges, we’ll cover reshipping costs.

International Returns

For our global explorers:

  • Mark packages as “Returned Goods” to avoid customs fees
  • Original international shipping costs are non-refundable
  • Return duties/taxes are the adventurer’s responsibility
