Our Return Policy

We accept returns and exchanges within 15 days of receiving your order. All items must be:

  • In original, unused condition with tags attached
  • In the original packaging
  • Accompanied by proof of purchase

Note on Non-Returnable Items: For hygiene and safety reasons, we cannot accept returns on travel accessories that have been opened or used (such as water bottles, toiletry kits, or sleeping bag liners). All other products in our Bags & Backpacks, Camping, Caravanning, and Luggage categories are eligible for return.

The Return Journey: Step-by-Step

1. Request Your Return Authorization

2. Package Your Items Securely

Once approved, repackage the item(s) in their original packaging with all tags and accessories included. Include a copy of your order confirmation or packing slip.

3. Ship Your Return

We recommend using a trackable shipping service as we cannot be responsible for lost return packages.

4. Receive Your Refund or Exchange

Once we receive and inspect your return:

  • Refunds: Processed within 5 business days to your original payment method (Visa, MasterCard, JCB, or PayPal). Allow 7-10 business days for the credit to appear on your statement.
  • Exchanges: Your replacement item will ship within 2 business days of return approval.

Return Shipping Costs

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged or defective. For exchanges to the same product in a different size/color, we’ll cover the reshipping costs.

International Returns

For our global adventurers (excluding some Asian and remote regions):

  • Mark the package as “Returned Goods” to avoid customs fees
  • We cannot refund original shipping costs for international orders
  • Duties and taxes for returns are the customer’s responsibility
